From your first conversation to the final performance, we make it easy for your school or studio to be part of an extraordinary live event.

1. Let's find your event

Book a call with our team to explore upcoming opportunities, talk through your group's needs and discover the right experience for your school or studio.

2. Enrol your group

We'll guide you through enrolment and help you get started with your Pro-Excel account, where you can access your assigned event and the information you need.

3. Step into the Green Room

Prepare for your performance with our online Green Room. Students can access choreography to practise at home or in class, building confidence before their in-person rehearsal.

4. Learn from the professionals

Our elite choreographers come to your venue to deliver eight hours of in-person rehearsal, helping your performers develop their skills and get ready for the big stage.

5. Get your team event-ready

Every participant receives an official performance t-shirt. Your school or studio leader can also access our official teamwear store and choose additional merchandise personalised with your own logo.

6. Enjoy the moment

Teachers and chaperones bring participants safely to the event venue, and we take care of the choreography, production and event planning. With 24-hour support from the Pro-Excel team throughout your experience, you'll have guidance every step of the way.
