Our story

Founded by Liam O’Reilly in 2002, Pro-Excel grew from a combined love of sport and the arts, and a belief that every young person — regardless of background — should be given the opportunity to shine on the biggest platforms.

Inspired by the idea that sport has the power to change the world, Pro-Excel uses sport as a vessel for opportunity, bringing performance into some of the biggest stadiums, arenas and sporting occasions and giving young people experiences they may never otherwise encounter.

Since 2002, we have connected schools, communities and more than 250,000 young performers through large-scale, non-competitive performance experiences, creating opportunities that build confidence, encourage self-expression and bring people together.

From local communities to major stages, our purpose has remained the same: to give young people the opportunity to step into extraordinary environments, be part of something bigger and show what they are capable of.

For us, it’s more than a performance. It’s about creating experiences that can inspire confidence, connection and ambition long after the event is over.
