Bring your school or studio together for an unforgettable performance experience, with expert choreography, support and travel options built around your group.

1. Let's plan your experience

Book a call with our team to explore upcoming events and discuss how your school or studio can take part. We'll help you find the right opportunity for your performers.

2. Make the journey yours

Attend the event as a standalone experience or make more of your trip with a full residential package. Our travel partner can tailor arrangements around your group's needs, supporting travel from the UK, Ireland, USA and Australia. For the full LEAPX experience, we recommend staying alongside fellow performers and joining additional social events and masterclasses.

3. Enrol and get connected

We'll guide you through enrolment and set up access to your LEAPX account, where you'll find your assigned event, key information and online Green Room.

4. Prepare with the professionals

Learn choreography at home or in class through the Green Room, then work with our elite choreographers during eight hours of in-person rehearsal at your venue. Every participant also receives an official performance t-shirt, with optional personalised merchandise available through our teamwear store for school and studio leaders.

5. Bring it all together

All performers take part in a full technical rehearsal at the event location, usually the day before the event. It's your chance to get familiar with the space, rehearse as one team and prepare for the performance ahead.

6. Step into the spotlight

Bring your performers safely to the venue and let us take care of the choreography, production and event planning. With 24-hour support from the LEAPX team throughout your experience, you can focus on supporting your group and sharing the moment.
