Dance Vegas

Dance Vegas brings performers from the UK, Ireland, USA and Australia together for an international training, travel and stadium performance experience in Las Vegas.

In partnership with the NRL and part of Rugby League Las Vegas, dancers will prepare for a large-scale production at Allegiant Stadium, performing alongside an international team as the city welcomes some of rugby league's biggest names. The event is currently scheduled for Saturday 27 February 2027.

From learning choreography at home and training with industry professionals to stepping onto the field in front of a live stadium crowd, Dance Vegas gives young performers the chance to experience the scale and excitement of a major sporting event.

Take centre field in Las Vegas

Home of the Las Vegas Raiders and host of Super Bowl LVIII, Allegiant Stadium provides the stage for Dance Vegas '27.

Performers will be part of a live production connected to Rugby League Las Vegas, bringing together dancers from England, the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the USA and Australia. With elite rugby league fixtures expected from the UK and Australia, it's an opportunity to perform amid the energy of one of the sport's biggest international events.

Professional preparation, from home to Las Vegas

The experience begins before performers travel. Through our virtual Green Room, dancers will receive choreography and rehearsal materials in advance, giving them time to learn, practise and arrive ready to work as part of the wider performance team.

The programme also includes live rehearsals, international choreography and masterclasses led by former NFL cheerleaders, followed by production and technical rehearsals in Las Vegas. Performers will see how a stadium show comes together, from the first steps of preparation to the final moment on the field.

Four nights in Las Vegas

Make the performance part of a bigger experience

The Dance Vegas package brings training, travel and performance together across four nights in Las Vegas.

Groups will stay at the iconic Park MGM hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, with travel and on-the-ground arrangements managed alongside our travel partner, Elite Sports Travel. The planned package includes flights, airport transfers, breakfast vouchers, a welcome event, official game tickets for performers and chaperones, and support from the LEAPX and Pro-Excel team.

Prior to the performance, the team will come together for an exclusive VIP red carpet wrap party overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Groups interested in a longer trip can also speak to us about additional nights and experiences.
